Our food is adventurous. It ventures up on rooftops, balances on balconies, and sits awhile on windowsills.
Our food has a sense of place, and also thinks about its place in the world. We try to be conscious and critical about food ethics.
Our food is mainly vegan, but it tries not to be evangelical. It doesn’t want to convert you. It does, however, want to convince you that it can be delicious and nutritious.
